General Refunds – we operate a “No Refund” policy, we may offer seats for the same production if there is a different performance time or date and seats are available and the ticket price is equal to the original booking.
Event Cancellation Refunds – if an event is cancelled by the promoter or the theatre, you will be refunded (minus any optional booking insurance you may have taken out * see note below)
Booking Insurance – is not handled by the Woolstore Theatre, instead it is a private Insurance Company added by our external ticketing client Ticket Source. The insurance company have very strict refund rules, think twice before choosing this option while booking.
Online Booking Fees – a booking fee of 6.5% + vat is applied to all online bookings via Ticket Source (our external ticketing client)
* a single Film ticket of £7 would be £7.55p
* a single Event ticket of £12 would be £12.94p
